OW9: Sabotage
Our slice of Welles comes this week from The Shadow. Welles joined the cast as Lamont Cranston for the fourth season, as well as the 1938 summer season, giving us 41 performances. The episode we’ll hear this week is titled Sabotage, and first aired January 16, 1938.

OW8: A Christmas Carol
I couldn’t let Christmas go by without at least one show about it! This version of the Charles Dickens classic was produced for The Campbell Playhouse and aired December 23, 1938. The Campbell Playhouse being the Mercury Theater On The Air after their Campbell Soup sponsorship.
